- Draft and review contracts in Thai and English languages
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
- Correspond with legal consultants
- Establish and develop procedures to minimize legal risks (legal compliance)
- Other related tasks as required
资格
应征条件
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 29-32
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Law or a related field
- Work experience in the legal compliance field
- Work experience, minimum 4 years, in corporate and international commercial transactions
- Ability to draft and review contracts in Thai and English languages
- Legal knowledge of domestic and international trade, commercial business including taxes, customs, and labour
- Good command of English (upper intermediate level)英文
