  • Analyzing the development trend of retail and marketing procurement, finding out the best procurement method for country in different categories
  • Participating in drawing up the procurement strategy and put it into operation according to actual business circumstance.
  • Distinguishing quality suppliers of different procurement categories in country market.
  • Leading and Joining frame bidding ,especially in MKT procurement.
  • Establishing reasonable purchase price baseline of Market by comparing industry Benchmark of each categories.
  • Participating in major projects ,and joining procurement process optimization, working out the useful template and management tool for procurement execution and monitoring
  All the work will be together with region procurement manager and Chinese procurement manager
