  - Manage of the QA and responsible for ensuring that quality program policies, plans, standards and requirements are met as per quality standard.
  - Develop and enforce all good quality practices, internal audit programs and ISO9001/2015 certification requirements.
  - Handling customers complain and issue the corrective action
  - To follow supplier audit and discuss for resolve quality problems.
  - Establish and review the quality objective and target which comply to corporate policy.
  - Preparing and conducting training in all of the relevant topics concerning quality management.
  - Continuous monitoring the quality management systems’ effectiveness and performance.
