  - High Vocational School or Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  - Minimum one year's experience in Automotive Industries
  - Previous experience as an interpreter will be an advantage
  - Good Writing, Reading, and Speaking Japanese
  - Responsible and Good Human Relation
  - Able to work under pressure
