工作内容
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams to promote company products and increase customer preference toward company solutions. • Promote semiconductor products including AC/DC power conversion ICs, Diodes, FETs, IGBTs, and recommend successor solutions for EOL (End of Life) components. • Support customers with technical consultation, including power loss calculations for semiconductor devices, PCB design recommendations, SPICE simulation support, and circuit solution proposals. • Work closely with sales teams to identify suitable electronic components based on customer requirements and support design-in activities to increase design wins in customer products. • Prepare block diagrams of customer systems to identify opportunities for promoting full circuit solutions and optimizing product performance, PCB size, and cost reduction for customers. • Conduct technical training and provide engineering support to customers regarding PCB design rules and semiconductor application solutions. • Identify and develop new customers to expand business opportunities in the electronics components market.
