  • Job Description

    - Set up and implement converter process (welding) following procedures based on customer's requirements and specifications
    - Control and manage converter production process and team members
    - Perform regular inspection and maintenance of facilities for quality maintenance
    - Conduct continuous improvement regarding quality and operational efficiency
    - Participate in company's activities such as ISO, TS, QC and other related activities
    - Other ad-hoc assignments from superior executives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai nationality, age between 40-50
    - Graduated in engineering major, Industrial Engineering or a related field
    - Work experience, more than 5 years, in production engineering (converter process will be an advantage)
    - Good knowledge of welding process would be an advantage
    - Japanese, minimum JLPT N3
    - Good command of English (intermediate)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Strong leadership qualities
