• Job Description

  - Provide monthly report and perform analysis of unusual expenses
  - Responsible for month-end closing and end-to-end process to meet the deadline
  - Responsible for the account reconciliation of balance sheets
  - Supervise subordinate accounting officers to perform GL, AR, AP and tax in compliance with rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures
  - Follow company's Golden Rules to ensure safety of (yourself and) other staff
  - Comply with OHS policies and procedures, including SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and operating instructions
  - Identify, access and manage risks associated with the contract or workplace
  - Participate in incident investigations, OHS risk assessments and audits as required
  - Report all OHS issues, hazards and incidents promptly to supervisor
  - Undertake all required OHS training and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  - Ensure subordinate officers under your supervision understand and follow policies of information security
  - Comply with information security policies in compliance with business security policies
  - Ensure all information security procedures are carried out correctly
