    - Understand internal and external functions of organization in terms of quality
    - Report on problems in quality to manager and customers
    - Analyse and summarize actual claims unit and data
    - Provide feedback about problems in quality to concerned department
    - Identify solutions (corrective actions) against detected problems in quality
    - Respond to inquiries and obtain further information (customers' complaints)
    - Provide training to customer service team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-27
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering (or related field)
    - Must have extensive knowledge of products (production flow, product operation, part suppliers, etc.)
    - Skills in analytical thinking, preparing reports and using online tools
    - Understanding of problems in quality
    - Good command of English
