  • Job Description

    - Coordinate and manage all LAB and R&D activities
    - Responsible for new design and formula improvement to meet customer's specifications
    - Responsible for the maintenance of compound quality and mixing process
    - Research and develop new products and control all formulations
    - Set up standards for all incoming raw materials used in compound
    - Control production process and cost saving to reduce rejected parts, wastes and cost
    - Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop subordinates' competencies

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 40-45
    - Bachelor's Degree in Science in Polymer, Rubber Technology, Chemical or a related field
    - Career background, 5-7 years, in a manufacturing background or rubber industry will be an advantage
    - Good knowledge of mixing process, research and process development
    - Good command of English
    - Good communication skills and innovative skills
    - Creative, interpersonal and positive-thinking
