• Job Description

  - Responsible for managing 30 subordinates in production department
  - To control and manage production staff in order to achieve department and company target
  - To oversee all activities of the entire production operation
  - To control and manage of production volume, efficiency, loss, quality, delivery and cost
  - To concern with the steering committee of international management standard (ISO, IATF, OHSAS)
  - To ensure that the production work with safety and environment
  - To control and manage working procedure of production department
  - To cooperate with managers in purpose of all matters to achieve division target and company's policy
  - To make final decision when line operation need to stop
