• Job Description

  - Ensure right quantity and quality of raw material, equipment, etc. are available during production
  - Work with SCM department (raw materials and sub materials) in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level
  - Monitor material shortages and provide immediate resolutions
  - Generate report of production results
  - Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing, and production control systems
  - Evaluate the production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications
  - Plan equipment, material, and workforce requirements to meet production schedule
  - Analyse alternatives and selection of the best method with due consideration to constraints imposed
  - Develop specifications for processes and determine the sequence of operations
  - Select path or route which the raw should follow to get transformed into finished product
  - Identify bottlenecks, delays, and interruptions
  - Collaborate with production, quality team, warehouse, SCM, and other sections
