    - Liaise with staff members in other departments or external contacts
    - Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
    - Coordinate with customers about Order & Delivery by telephone and emails in English
    - Issue invoice, PO, quotation and prepare documents
    - Control document's delivery and maintain at warehouse
    - Handle Inventory Control and Delivery Control
    - Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 22-23
    - Good command of English
    - New graduates are warmly welcome
    - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    - (Advantage) Previous experience as a Sales Assistant
    - (Advantage) Japanese language skills
