  • Job Description

    • Attending to customer enquiries and help channel the queries / feedback to the correct parties
    • Process sales and import related documents
    • Support sales team to liaise with relevant parties on incoming cargo, customs declaration, monitor import shipment and ensure smooth clearance upon arrival.
    • Update any shipment issues to sales team or distributors and seek advice on further actions. .
    • Ensure proper filing and control of documents (DO / Invoice / LC / Form E etc.)
    • Assist Accounts to follow up on payments matters

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Diploma or Degree in Logistics Operations or Supply Chain Management.
    • At least 1-3 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding company.
    • Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate/Advance Level)
    • Experience in Thailand import procedures.
    • Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
    • Organized and possess strong coordination skill.
    • Meticulous and able to multi-task.
