  • Overseeing of all day-to-day import operations
  • Liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, Shipping Lines, as well as Overseas Offices and to ensure we are in line with our group
  compliance SOP's
  • Monitoring and report key performance parameters to ensure the department is running as efficiently as possible
  • Efficiency improvements such as review of workflows, process improvements and utilization of our IT systems etc.
