  • Job Description

    - Handle special order from President, Executive Director, and Japanese Advisor
    - Follow up assignments assigned by top management and report progress
    - Support all related documents such as BOI, VISA, and Work Permit of Japanese Management and Advisors
    - Manage VISA, Urgent Work Permit Preparation, hotel and Air Ticket Reservation for Japanese Supervisor from Japan
    - Plan and coordinate with Head office and other subsidiary companies
    -Plan and Support Interpreter in each meeting for Management and Japanese Advisors

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai Nationality
    - Female
    - Age at 25 - 45 years is preferable
    - Bachelor of Liberal Arts majoring in Japanese or other related fields
    - Previous experience skill in as Secretary or Japanese Interpreter in Manufacturing will be advantage
    - Experiences in Japanese global company or well known company in Thailand will be advantage
    - Analytical Thinking/ Good interpersonal skill
    - Good command of both Japanese (Level 2 or N2 or higher) and English (TOEIC score higher than 700)
    - Understand Japanese culture and Japanese working environment
