Job Description
- Establish action plans for improving customer quality and monitor performance on a monthly basis
- Manage new program development process, product inspection, and customer approval
- Manage operation group for smooth operation
- Plan for the development of potential subordinators
- Drive and support team for strengthening resolution in case of quality problem issue found at customer plant and in-house
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 34-38
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering fields
- Minimum 10 years' of experience in QA function with manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in supervisory level in quality in automotive industry
- Experience in Customer Quality
- (Advantage) experience in engine parts
- Knowledge of GD&T, ISO/TS 16949:2002, and Quality Management System
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure within a tight deadline
- Good command of EnglishEnglish Level
