  • Job Description

    - Lead and coach the factory management team and employees
    - Ensure that the key roles are staffed with people who can effectively undertake their roles in the business and that the roles are clearly defined and understood and all personnel are motivated and developed to achieve the business’s objectives. The manager will have responsibility for developing a clear performance objectives for each employee
    - Ensure a safe working environment, Deliver quality products to specification and on time
    - Produce and ship on time while maintaining high quality product
    - Execute daily activities to achieve improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency
    - Understand all chemical processing steps.
    - To improve, Develop quality, ISO, Transaction Processing Systems (TPS)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • 8+ years of chemical manufacturing experience, other process industry experience will be considered
    • Bachelor Degree in Engineer filed (Prefer IE, Chemical, Polymer, Electronic, Mechanical)
    • Strong communicator with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships within the organization; can present one-on-one, in a small group, or in large group settings
    • Communication in English
    • Experience managing or supervising others required
    • Computer skills, including Word and Excel.
    • Male only Age 37up
    • knowledge about Toyota Product System (TPS), ISO, Quality ect
    • Working on Saturday 2 times per month is required (please make sure before you apply)
    • Required at least 9 year's in management
