    - Support sales
    - To prepare document for example tax Invoice, PO or any document related to delivery or any requirement
    - To communicate both by email and by verbal with Japanese supplier or customer (not often)
    - To control delivery and stock ( to make understand about sales process)
    - To coordinate between Japanese boss and Thai staff or interpret some Japanese document
    - May visit suppliers or customers together with sales (around once a week or per two week)
    - Proficiency in Excel of V look up or Pivot table is advantage

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 24-35
    - Work experience as a sales coordinator at least 1 year
    - Good command of Japanese, JLPT N3 or higher
    - Good command of English

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level

  • Other Language

    English, Japanese
