  - Participates in and coordinates work of safety committee
  - Work with Top management to ensure quick solutions of safety concerns
  - Develops workers safety training programs
  - Works with maintenance and cleaning staff to make factory operation safe
  - Implements and supervise five prevention and safety program
  - Investigates accidents and prepares accident reports
