    - Provide preliminary layout drawings upon request from RHQ.
    - Provide a preliminary 3D model of the entire plant upon request from RHQ.
    - Assess the 3D model's feasibility in terms of track loads, forklift accessibility, maintenance space, safety points, and other considerations.
    - Consider the plant facility's façade, taking into account state-of-the-art design and the historical background of the plant's construction area.
    - Perform piping engineering tasks, including preparing general piping specifications, paint and color specifications, manual valve specifications, valve lists, line lists, and isometric drawings; managing piping tie-ins and coordinates; and carrying out platform engineering and stress analysis.

    【Must】
    - Bachelor or more is required
    - Good command of English
    - International infrastructure business sales and BD including oil&gas, water treatment, desalination ans wte plant.
    - Investment consideration

    【Advantage】
    - Developed own connection for BD purpose in SEA area.
    - Development of regional sales management with multi office in each country.
    - Convince lender, client SPC, consultant and partner in consortium.
    - Contract negotiation for international project.
