    1 Interpretation and Translation
    - Provide English–Japanese and Japanese–English interpretation during meetings and business communications related to company operations.
    - Translate documents, reports, and other relevant information between English and Japanese to support various departments as assigned.
    2 Overseas Customer Coordination
    - Communicate and coordinate with overseas customers regarding quality-related matters and customer requirements.
    - Facilitate communication and coordination between overseas customers and relevant internal departments.
    - Coordinate and support customer audits conducted by both domestic and international customers.
    3 Quality Department Support
    - Support quality-related activities by following up and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards.
    - Prepare reports, documents, and other quality-related information as assigned.

  • 応募条件

    [Must]
    - Business level in English with a TOEIC score of 700 or above. English proficiency is a key requirement for this position.
    - Able to communicate in Japanese, with a Japanese Proficiency Test (JLPT) certificate at N3 level or above
    - Have knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
    - Have experience in preparing for and supporting customer audits.

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the automotive industry, will be an advantage.
