  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in both new and existing markets within the assigned region.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer needs, user feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and provide marketing recommendations.
  • Expand distribution channels and build strong, long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, dealer issues, and market developments to headquarters in a timely manner to support business planning and strategy adjustments.
