    • วิเคราะห์ แก้ไข และป้องกันปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
    • ควบคุมและติดตามการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
    • ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการการทำงานล่วงเวลาของพนักงาน
    • ปรับปรุงและจัดทำเอกสารวิธีการปฏิบัติงาน (Work Instruction) ให้เหมาะสมกับกระบวนการผลิต
    • จัดทำรายงานผลผลิตและรายงานปัญหาของเสีย
    • ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
    • ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
    • จัดเก็บเอกสาร Checklist ประจำเดือนและประจำปี
    • ควบคุมดูแลพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและวินัยของบริษัท
    • ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเครื่องจักรเพื่อให้การผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง

    ความรู้และความเข้าใจ (Knowledge)
    • มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิต
    • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001

    ทักษะ (Technical Skills)
    • มีภาวะผู้นำและสามารถบริหารทีมงานได้ (ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา 10 คน)
    • มีทักษะในการควบคุมและติดตามการทำงาน
    • มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
