  Job Summary
  - Responsible for controlling, managing, and improving the aluminum melting and casting processes on the production line, performing timely defect analysis and corrective actions, and ensuring operations comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards for continuous and efficient production.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Control and improve production processes: manage melting & casting process conditions such as temperature settings, raw material mixing ratios, degassing, and adjust casting parameters to meet standards.
  - Analyze and resolve on-site quality issues: conduct field investigations and root cause analysis for defective parts such as porosity, cracks, and inclusions, and define countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
  - Comply with standards: oversee work processes to align with automotive industry quality systems (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001), Standardized Work, and WI.
  - Safety and environment: implement and follow safety measures for working with heat/furnaces (ISO 45001) and environmental management (ISO 14001).
  - Continuous improvement: summarize and analyze production data and propose ideas to reduce cost, lower scrap rate, and increase casting process efficiency.
