  Responsibilities
  ・Lead and deliver sustainability consulting engagements across geographies, including Thailand:
  - Sustainability reporting
  - Climate and carbon services, including climate risk reporting (TCFD / ISSB S2), GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2 and 3), decarbonisation roadmaps, and transition plans
  - Sustainability ratings and assessments (CDP, EcoVadis, S&P CSA)
  - Human rights and responsible business initiatives
  ・Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear technical guidance and strategic advice
  ・Own project planning, execution, timelines, resourcing, quality assurance, and delivery outcomes
  ・Review and sign off on technical analyses, calculations, disclosures, and client-ready deliverables
  ・Lead and support business development activities, including identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and developing proposals
  ・Own or co-own engagement scoping, pricing, and commercial outcomes
  ・Drive account growth through cross-selling and long-term client relationships
  ・Participate in client pitches, proposal presentations, and closing discussions
  ・Provide mentoring, technical oversight, and coaching to Sustainability Analysts and Associates
  ・Stay current on evolving sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices, and guide their application in client work
  ・Contribute to internal knowledge development, practice improvement, and thought leadership initiatives
