  Key Responsibilities：
  Core Duties and Responsibilities
  - Monitoring and Auditing: Review daily operational procedures, financial records, and transactions to find risks or weak spots.
  - Policy Development: Create, update, and implement clear company rules and guidelines that align with current laws.
  - Risk Assessment: Identify areas where the company might face legal liability, then build controls to fix them.
  - Advisory, Training and Education: Advise on local laws in terms of Compliance, Run workshops and design courses so all employees understand their legal and ethical duties.
  - Investigating Breaches: Lead inquiries into reported or suspected rule-breaking, gather facts, and suggest discipline.
  - Reporting: Keep accurate records of all compliance actions and update senior leaders or regulatory agencies.
  
  Factory & Industrial Monitoring
  - Execute compliance reviews
  - Conduct field assessments
  - On-the-Ground Governance
  
  Review local plant operations against Thai, Vietnamese, Singaporean and Indonesian labour laws.
  - Monitor customs and trade documentation to mitigate regional tariff risks.
  - Implement anti-bribery procedures for factory-level government interactions.
  - Support external third-party auditors during site inspections.
  
  Field Training & Reporting
  - Conduct compliance onboarding and ethics workshops in local language
  - Manage Hotline cases pertaining to the South East Asia Region
  - Leverage Thai or Vietnamese language skills to bridge communication gaps with factory workers.
  - Review local grievance channels and log potential policy breaches.
  - Submit regular site-level compliance data to the Regional Compliance Head in India.
