  【Job Description】
  - Lead and manage overall production operations for Electronic Assembly and Plastic Injection processes.
  - Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP).
  - Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
  - Monitor and control production capacity, manpower utilization, material availability, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
  - Manage and plan departmental budgets, manpower costs, operating expenses, and continuous cost-reduction initiatives.
  - Lead and develop a workforce of approximately 400 employees, including supervisors, team leaders, technicians, mechanics, and operators.
  - Drive continuous improvement activities through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, and productivity enhancement programs.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable management systems and standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, RBA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  - Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to achieve overall business objectives.
  - Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and profitability.
  - Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed.
  - Prepare and present production KPI reports, budgets, forecasts, and improvement plans to management.
