  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Japanese Interpreter to facilitate smooth communication between Japanese and Thai team members. The primary focus of this role is consecutive interpretation during meetings and daily operations. Additionally, you will support administrative tasks, assist HR functions, and directly assist our Japanese Managing Director in interpreter-related matters.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consecutive interpretation during internal meetings, presentations, and daily workplace operations between Japanese and Thai staff.
  • Take meeting minutes, translate meeting discussions, and summarize key action items into documents or emails as required.
  • Handle document translation (Japanese <-> Thai/English) on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist the Japanese Managing Director with language support and related administrative tasks.
  • Provide general assistance to office operations, including basic HR and Administrative support tasks.
