• 仕事内容

  - Develop, plan, and control the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan for production machinery and equipment.
  - Provide technical consultation and perform in-depth troubleshooting to analyze and resolve machine breakdowns and recurring equipment problems.
  - Establish departmental KPIs, collect maintenance data, prepare reports, and summarize and analyze maintenance statistics and performance.
  - Prepare, revise, issue, and control Work Instructions (WI) and maintenance-related documents in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  - Develop, modify, improve, and maintain PLC programs, including Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Omron, as well as Microcontroller systems such as Arduino, STM32, and ESP32.
  - Develop and implement Automation systems to improve production efficiency, reduce defects, minimize operational errors, and increase motor production speed.
  - Plan and control the maintenance department budget in accordance with company policies and the approved budget.
  - Analyze machine performance and identify opportunities for Kaizen, automation implementation, cost reduction, and production efficiency improvement.
  - Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering, Purchasing, and other relevant departments regarding maintenance, automation systems, and technical issues.
  - Plan and control the maintenance of factory buildings, electrical systems, water supply systems, and other factory utilities to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  - Support the installation, modification, commissioning, and improvement of machinery, equipment, and Automation systems.
  - Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure that work is completed according to the planned schedule, required timeframe, and specified standards.
  - Ensure that maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
