    [Responsibilities]
    - Support design and development of power transformers and/or switchgear.
    - Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
    - Develop and improve products and engineering processes.
    - Coordinate with Production, QA, Sales, and other departments.
    - Provide technical support during manufacturing and testing.
    - Investigate technical issues and recommend solutions.
    - Support cost reduction and quality improvement activities.
    - Provide guidance and coaching to engineering team members.
    - Monitor engineering schedules and project progress.
    - Prepare technical reports and presentations.
    - Communicate with customers and suppliers on technical matters.
    - Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
    - Over 5 years' experience in electrical equipment design, engineering, or development of power transformers.
    - Experience managing a team of 20 employees
    - Business-level English proficiency
    - Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
