  - Manage monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, overtime, and other relevant payroll information.
  - Administer employee benefits and company welfare programs, including coordination with relevant external parties where required.
  - Maintain and manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
  - Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and employment documentation.
  - Prepare employment-related documents, employee records, contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation.
  - Conduct new employee orientation and coordinate the onboarding process.
  - Coordinate probation evaluations and other employee performance-related documentation.
  - Support employee relations and act as a point of contact for general HR matters and employee inquiries.
  - Coordinate internal HR communications and company announcements.
  - Maintain and update employee information and HR records in an organized and confidential manner.
  - Support compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
  - Coordinate employee resignation and offboarding processes.
  - Assist with company activities, staff engagement, training, and other internal initiatives as required.
  - Perform other general HR and administrative duties.
