Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the accounting and financial operations for the company and its subsidiary.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and statutory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast vs. Budget).
• Analyze financial performance, including Profit & Loss, and provide management insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Finance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare and present financial reports and management presentations to Japan Headquarters.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CPD license is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including managerial experience. Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, and management accounting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast vs. Budget), and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to present financial reports and communicate effectively with Headquarters; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Advantage:
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.英語
