    [Responsibilities]
    1. New Part Development (Thai & Overseas Suppliers):
    - Perform co-checks for part approval and conduct supplier process audits.
    - Review and follow up on PPAP submissions.
    - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
    2. Mass Production Quality Control (Thai & Overseas Suppliers):
    - Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis, 8D reports, and corrective actions, including on-site follow-up.
    - Review and summarize investigation reports.
    - Conduct supplier process audits and drive continuous improvement activities.
    3. Other Responsibilities:
    - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. (GPA 2.5 or higher)
    - 1–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Automotive Manufacturing.
    - Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, 8D, QC Tools, and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan).
    - Conversational English (internal communication / e-mail; TOEIC 550 or higher).
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

    [Advantage]
    - Knowledge of automotive parts (functional parts, stamping, and steel parts).
    - Willingness to travel and work on-site
    - Japanese skill
