    Job Responsibilities :
    - Production Management: Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and volume targets for PCB/PCBA assembly.
    - Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of 10 direct subordinates and oversee the broader manufacturing workforce of 70 operators/technicians.
    - Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives on the SMT and assembly lines.
    - Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control department to minimize defect rates, solve production issues, and maintain high standards of product reliability.
    - Resource Allocation: Manage workforce shifts, machinery utilization, and material flow to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.
    - Reporting: Compile and analyze production data (KPIs, yield rates, downtime) and report directly to the Factory Manager.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role within Electronics/Electrical manufacturing (e.g., PCBA, SMT, PCB, or electronic components).
    - Business-level English

    【Advantage】
    - Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting experience on the production floor
    - Interest in developing into a Factory Manager role in the future
