●PRODUCT: CRM System
Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for call centers
●CLIENT: Mainly call centers
●Goal: Develop 4 new clients a year
- Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Present our company to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Interview clients to understand needs and propose solutions using PowerPoint.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Visit and follow up with existing clients.
- Attend client meetings with agency partners.
- Prepare related documents.
- Other tasks.

応募条件
【Must】
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Sales in IT (SIer / System Integrator) or CRM service competitors, in a senior sales or sales leadership role
- Demonstrable experience in acquiring new customers (hunting)
- Experience managing a sales team
- Business-level English (spoken and written)
【Advantage】
- Experience in system solution sales for call centers (ex. PBX systems)
- Experience in sales pipeline management英語
