仕事内容
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities (PM, BM and CM) for manufacturing and assembly equipment.
- Plan, monitor and control preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all maintenance activities are completed as planned.
- Monitor machine performance and equipment condition to improve reliability and availability.
- Analyze major equipment failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage maintenance manpower, spare parts inventory, maintenance budget and department KPIs.
- Coordinate with related departments to support production targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years' experience in maintenance in a Japanese factory, including work with manufacturing equipment such as assembly machines, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and automation equipment
- 5+ years at management level, including Supervisor or Assistant Manager roles
- Demonstrated experience with PM, BM, CM, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies in maintenance activities
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management, budget control, and KPI management
