    - Control machine performance to achieve engineering KPIs.
    - Support machine setup according to the production plan, including:
    > SMT machines
    > Selective wave soldering machines
    > Other related equipment
    - Take corrective action for machine breakdowns involving SMT, selective wave, and related machinery.
    - Train technicians to support production activities in compliance with customer quality requirements and company procedures.
    - Support customer and internal requirements such as:
    > PCN (Process Change Notification)
    > PDN (Process Deviation Notification)
    - Communicate and work with the team to achieve engineering KPIs and prepare/revise process engineering documents.
    - Control process yield through monitoring and improvement of SPI, AOI, and ICT.
    - Perform assignments from the Engineering Manager and top management.

  • 応募条件

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Related Field
    - Business level English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
    - 2–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Equipment Engineer, or in a related field
    - 2–3 years at their current or previous employer

    [Advantage]
    - Familiar with PCBA processes such as SMT and Through-Hole Technology
    - Able to set up and operate SMT machines
    - Strong problem analysis and improvement skills, including creating troubleshooting reports
