  Product Research & Development
  - Research, formulate, and develop dietary supplement products according to customer requirements and market trends.
  - Study and evaluate active ingredients, functional ingredients, and raw material applications.
  - Compare suppliers, raw material quality, specifications, and pricing to support product development decisions.
  - Develop various supplement dosage forms, including capsules, tablets, coated tablets, powdered drinks, gummies, and soft gels.
  Product Formulation & Technical Support
  - Design product formulations that meet quality, stability, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
  - Conduct product improvement and reformulation projects when necessary.
  - Design and manage product stability studies to evaluate product shelf life and performance.
  - Analyze research findings and prepare scientific reports and technical documentation.
  Quality & Regulatory Compliance
  - Ensure product development activities comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and relevant Thai FDA regulations.
  - Support product registration and regulatory documentation processes.
  - Review manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
  Cross-Functional Collaboration
  - Work closely with Production, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
  - Coordinate with suppliers and external partners regarding raw materials and technical information.
  - Support technical discussions and provide product knowledge to internal stakeholders.
