  - Lead production planning and capacity control to achieve 100% delivery performance.
  - Ensure production stability through daily management and escalation control.
  - Manage manpower and production resources effectively.
  - Optimize line balancing and production flow.
  ・Productivity, IE & Cost Improvement
  - Drive Monozukuri / Lean Manufacturing / IE activities.
  - Improve productivity, reduce operational loss and optimize labor efficiency.
  - Lead cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency improvement.
  - Improve lead time, VA/NVA and operational flow.
  ・Quality Governance & Customer Satisfaction
  - Strengthen production quality system to prevent defect leakage.
  - Lead corrective action and recurrence prevention.
  - Ensure compliance with IATF16949 and OEM customer requirements.
  - Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
  ・Inventory & Cash Flow Optimization
  - Control WIP and inventory level to improve cash flow.
  - Support company CCC reduction strategy.
  - Improve inventory turnover and production lead time.
  - Support company operating cash flow improvement.
  ・Organization & People Development
  - Develop production leaders and successors through DOJO system.
  - Strengthen multi-skill capability and leadership pipeline.
  - Build strong shopfloor discipline and engagement culture.
  - Develop frontline leadership capability.
  ・Safety / 5S / Compliance
  - Ensure safe working environment and 5S sustainability.
  - Drive zero accident culture and workplace discipline.
  - Promote continuous workplace improvement.
  ・Governance, Reporting & Digital Transformation
  - Report Weekly & Monthly production performance to management and Japan HQ.
  - Drive ERP / KPI dashboard implementation and digital transformation.
  - Support AI / Automation / Smart Factory initiatives.
  - Ensure management reporting accuracy and governance.
