  【Job Summary】
  - Production control, production planning, material planning, and delivery management
  - Comparison of customer orders and trend forecasts
  - Production capacity improvement activities
  - Material forecasting
  - Manpower review and management
  - Overtime planning
  - Delivery date confirmation to customers
  - Production volume monitoring for each process
  - Lead the ERP system implementation project (since there is currently no system in place, we plan to implement the system used by our Philippine branch)
  - Collaborate with the Philippine branch to facilitate the implementation
  - Other duties assigned by management
