仕事内容
- Review in-house design and tender and contract documents for MEP packages
- Coordinate with the in-house engineering team to correct errors in design documents
- Sign and seal the corrected design documents
- Liaise with local authorities for submissions
- Attend meetings with local clients, contractors, and sub-consultants
- Provide technical detailing expertise
- Understand critical mechanical systems such as chilled water systems, air filtration and pressurization, cooling systems (including VRF), staircase pressurization systems, and CFD
- Understand fuel systems

応募条件
Requirements:
- Licensed to sign and seal design drawings in Thailand.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in design and project management, including applying Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Business-level written and spoken English.
Advantages:
- Experience with data center projects (projects may be large-scale and can exceed 100,000 square meters).
- Experience designing commercial or industrial buildings.
- Conversational Chinese (spoken).英語
