1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2.Lead, manage and coach the sales team to drive performance.
3.Expand new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
4.Monitor sales performance, pipeline and market trends to improve results.
5.Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
6.Coordinate with internal teams to support customer solutions and project delivery.
7.Drive business growth in EV Charging and related solutions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years sales experience, including at least 2 years in team management.
3. Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and business development skills.
4. Experience using CRM tools and demonstrated analytical skills.
5. Business-level English; proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Advantages:
- Experience in EV Charging, Solar or related industry (preferred).
- Mandarin language skills (advantage).英語
