[Job Summary]
- Infrastructure & Virtualization: Manage and optimize Windows Server and VMware environments. Monitor system performance (CPU, Memory, Disk) and proactively prevent incidents through log analysis.
- Active Directory & Security: Administer AD, Group Policies, and User Access Reviews (UAR) to ensure robust access control and compliance with PDPA and ITGC standards.
- Database & App Administration: Maintain SQL Server databases (Backup/Tuning) and configure essential services like IIS, SMTP, and enterprise applications (ERP/Payroll).
- Disaster Recovery (DR): Oversee backup operations using Veeam, manage DR site replication, and lead annual DR failover testing to ensure business continuity.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Execute security patching, manage Antivirus/EDR agents, and perform vulnerability scans to meet ISO and SOX requirements.
- IT/OT Integration: Support factory-specific systems including machine data collection, SCADA, 4Way, and biometric access control systems.
- Cloud & Network Support: Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and coordinate with vendors for WAN/Internet and factory network stability.

[Must]
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Server or Infrastructure Administration (Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred).
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and VMware.
- Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup and SQL Server.
- Good understanding of Network Security (Firewall, VPN) and M365 Administration.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinker with a "Root Cause" problem-solving mindset.
[Advantage]
- Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts (TQM, Kaizen, or K-Way) is a plus.
- Language: Good command of English (Ability to coordinate with regional HQ or global vendors).英語
