  - Lead and oversee daily store operations, ensuring a refined, contemporary, and elevated in-store experience aligned with brand standards
  - Drive sales performance and business growth by analysing store KPIs and implementing effective commercial strategies
  - Monitor and evaluate sales performance, conversion rates, ATV, and other retail metrics, translating insights into actionable plans
  - Ensure optimal inventory management, including stock accuracy, replenishment, and regular stock audits
  - Lead, coach, and develop the store team, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture
  - Set clear team objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing structured feedback and development plans
  - Maintain exceptional client experience standards, building long-term relationships and brand loyalty
  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align store operations with overall business strategy
  - Ensure store visual merchandising reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and identity
