仕事内容
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Identify root causes of production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Design and develop new or improved production processes aligned with product and regional requirements
- Support new product development (NPD) in collaboration with R&D and related teams
- Conduct market and product research to support product and process development initiatives
- Improve production systems to achieve high quality standards and cost efficiency
- Participate in the setup, improvement, and optimization of production lines and equipment
- Prepare and present reports on process improvements and performance to management
- Coordinate with internal departments and overseas teams (e.g., HQ in Japan)
求めている人材
応募条件
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related fields)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Production, or Manufacturing
- Experience in Battery, Automotive, Chemical, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command of English for communication and reporting
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic working environment英語
