  [IT support]
  - Establish company rules in compliance with the Computer-Related Crime Act BE.2550/2007 and BE.2560/2017
  - Establish company rules in compliance with the Cybersecurity Act BE.2559/2016
  - Provide training to all staff on new acts, new customer regulations, and IT news from suppliers
  - Manage procurement and maintenance of computers and accessories
  - Manage procurement and maintenance of servers (systems and equipment)
  - Manage procurement and maintenance of LAN (Local Area Network), Internet, and Wi‑Fi
  - Coordinate with IT suppliers and with customers/suppliers on IT issues
  - Install and update software applications (VPN, antivirus, Navision, and other applications)
  - Perform basic maintenance and repairs for computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  - Detect and notify staff of viruses, suspicious emails, abnormal server activity, and required version updates for notebooks
  - Register email accounts for new staff
  
  [ISO support]
  - Register, revise, and close documents in the document control center (DCC)
  - Coordinate with ISO auditors
  - Record monthly KPI meetings and support management reviews twice a year
  - Inspect wastewater, daily chemical treatment, and supplier pickups
  - Prepare hazardous supplier pickup/disposal reports to the government
  - Monitor solar cells daily, follow up results, and manage maintenance plans with suppliers
