• 仕事内容

  - Monitor and control raw materials and inventory, including conducting regular stock counts and reconciling physical inventory with accounting records
  - Support cost accounting functions, such as tracking material usage, monitoring inventory movements, and analyzing cost variances
  - Maintain and control the fixed asset register, including asset capitalization, depreciation recording, and periodic asset verification
  - Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including:
  * Overseas vendors related to imported machinery/equipment and associated import expenses
  * Domestic vendors related to export and logistics expenses
  - Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) functions as assigned
  - Prepare and record accounting transactions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
  - Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Warehouse, and Production to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations
  - Assist in month-end closing processes and prepare supporting documents for external and internal audits
  - Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and internal controls, particularly those related to inventory and cost management
