  - Develop KOL / Influencer strategies aligned with brand direction and campaign objectives
  - Identify, evaluate, and select KOLs based on target audience, platform, budget, and campaign fit
  - Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate compensation, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with KOLs
  - Manage KOL budgets to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with campaign goals
  - Prepare clear content briefs and manage posting schedules and timelines
  - Review KOL content and provide feedback to ensure quality, brand alignment, and platform best practices
  - Ensure all KOL outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign concepts
  - Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (Reach, Engagement, Conversion, etc.)
  - Track online sentiment and support issue or crisis management when required
  - Build and maintain long - term relationships with KOLs and talent partners
  - Work closely with Account, Creative, Media, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution
  - Stay hands - on and updated across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Lemon8, etc.)
