  Short-Term (Main Priority)
  Lead and manage a large-scale ERP migration project (D365) for the group company
  • Project value: 27.0 MB THB
  • Project duration: 1.5 years
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Monitor and control project progress (plan vs. actual)
  • Coordinate resources among the internal IS team, external vendors, and users
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users
  • Make project decisions and provide direction on behalf of the supervisor
  • Identify potential risks and propose cost optimization strategies

  Long-Term
  • Initially focus on managing the ERP migration project
  • After project completion:
  o Take responsibility for managing the IS application team under the supervision of the IS GM (Thai)
  • Expected to be a long-term successor for the IS GM position after the current GM’s retirement
