Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to develop business opportunities with Japanese companies in Thailand. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience with Japanese firms, strong Japanese communication skills, and an understanding of Japanese business culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities, primarily with Japanese companies
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Conduct client visits, needs assessments, and product presentations
- Propose appropriate security solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate project implementation with technical and service departments
- Provide after-sales follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular activity reports
